Philip's passion is developing people to become the best version of themselves by clarifying vision, setting long-term goals, and developing processes to achieve desired results.
 

At Leadership Consultancy, Philip challenges leaders pursuing excellence in their professional and personal lives. He serves franchisees interested in developing actionable steps to grow their businesses, build teams, develop leaders, and implement more efficient systems. Additionally, Philip works on special projects within the Leadership Consultancy operating system, as well as training materials such as the Operator Pathway.

 

Philip holds a bachelor's degree in religious studies from San Diego State University, a master’s degree in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a master’s degree in philosophy from California State University, Long Beach. He spent a decade in vocational ministry in a variety of roles, including church planting and administration. For the past six years, Philip has served Chick-fil-A™  franchisees, designing and initiating successful team member development programs focused on building dynamic, relational teams and leading through challenges.
