Sunday Night Live

Leadership Consultancy is partnering with Operator Bill Carnohan II and hosting a special FREE Sunday Night Live: Financial Reporting Workshop (Part 1) on January 7th. All Chick-fil-A Operators, Chick-fil-A restaurant team members, and Support Center Staff are welcome. If you work for a restaurant, you must have your Operator's approval to attend this workshop. Please do NOT RSVP unless you have approval. 

On Sunday, January 7th at 9:00pm EST, we will begin with the following: Introduction and understanding of financial terms (Revenue, Expenses, Cost of Goods Sold, Profit, P&L, Ratio Analysis, Labor Percent, Productivity, Gap Analysis, Positive Gap, Net Gap, Qualitative Metrics, Quantitative Metrics, etc.)

You will receive a Zoom Link once you RSVP for the workshop. Our team will also provide pre-work and assignments. At no time will any attendees be asked to share restaurant specific data or confidential information. Operator Bill Carnohan II will provide and present personal examples gleaned from his business experience.

Please log in ten minutes early in casual attire. Leadership Consultancy will be running a slideshow highlighting our clients' accomplishments, survey results, client testimonials, and other fun surprises beginning at 8:50 pm EST.
