Shattered Dreams

Leadership Consultancy is excited to offer a free cohort for individuals going through unexpected career transitions. Having space to share openly with others in a similar place is a powerful catalyst for healing. Topics discussed include grieving the loss of a specific career path or goal, processing negative emotions, and preparing to embrace what's next. Participants will interact with the Shattered Dreams curriculum, based on Larry Crabb's well known book. 

The cohort begins September 7th and will meet every other Thursday for 8 weeks.
